The "ApplePopoverTopBar.clr" file

The beta department asked me to replace my current "ApplePopoverTopBar.clr" file with one they made for me. One problem... since it's part of macOS it will not allow me to replace, delete or supersede the current one. In fact using their location link and trying to pull it in to the `System/Library/Frameworks/AppKit.framework/Resources` folder the file give me the "grey circle with the "line" acrossed it (like no smoking red circle with a line through it).

So how do I replace this as there appears to be no way to "change the tire while the car is in motion". <grin>

Ok. I hope this is correct. Here's what I did to replace the "ApplePoppoverTopBar.cir" file:

1. I restarted the computer in recovery

2. Launch Terminal

3. Entered: ' csrutil disable'

4. Restarted the computer

5. Removed the original file

6. Replaced it with the one you sent to me

7. Restarted the computer in Recovery Mode again

8. Opened Terminal

9. Entered 'csrutil enable'

10. Restarted the computer normal

11. Done

If this is not the procedure please advise
