Over-the-air download prompt ?

Hi,

Our company have developed a new corporate iOs IPAD application that will be used for our employees.

Here is some information concerning how we dit it :

- Airwatch platform is used

- Employees have Ipad Pro

- Our application IPA is 140Mo

The deployment was successfully accomplished and every employee downloaded the app via a Airwatch private new store.

BUT if the Ipad is not connect to a wifi network the download of the app do not begin... nothing happens. The users who are trying to download our app trough a Over-the-Air connexion can not. No prompt is displayed in order to tell him he must switch to a Wifi network.

Then, my question is quite easy : is it possible to enable this informational prompt and how to?

- Is it an Airwatch parameter to activate ?

- Do we have to edit the application code ?

- Is it an Ipad parameter ?

Thank you in advance.

You can't change it. Apple limits app downloads and updates over cellular to 100MB.
