I just want to know if there is a way to show people that a designer helped me with an app developement process.
Although all schema and actual developement was done by me, I just want to give some credits to a designer who helped me.
I did not submit my app yet, so my actual question is: should I put a designer's name along with me next to the developer or just write it down
on the description?

The name next to the app in the store is the name on the account.
If you have that person's permission, you might consider giving them a mention in the app description and/or in an 'about this app' info, inside the app.
