Podcasts stop playing frequently

Downloaded podcasts begin without incident, but then stop within a few minutes, and repeatedly. Pushing the play button again resumes playback, but the issue persists. Again, this isn't a streaming issue as these podcasts are fully downloaded.

I've found this behavior with most streaming media on 10b2.

Some sort of issue with 'Hey Siri'. Disabling that seems to "resolve".
