I have tried 10.12b1 & 10.12b2 on two Macs and AD Binding fails claiming that the credentials are incorrect (they are not).
These were updated over ElCapitan.
I have tried via Directory Utility, Users system pref, and comman line.
Before I try a clean install...what is anyone else's experience with being able to Bind to AD?

Nothing here either, tried all the same ways to bind as well.
Seems it's still broken.
I have a different issue with AD. Was still bound from ElC., but can't change my password. Changed it on AD, but now new password won't sync and Kerberos is broken. Opened a bug. Ran WireShark, it doesn't even sen any packets to the DC at all.
Ran into this issue as well. Thing that seems to resolve this at least for me is supplying an /etc/krb5.conf file prior to binding.
