Also to note they both have a crash dump on the Metal APIs and I did upgrade the graphics card in my Mac Pro

I force quit Mail a few times, restarted the Mac and now Mail is ok. Wierd.

It's worth mentioning that I'm using a Nvidia GTX 680 in this Mac Pro 5,1.

Worth noting that I have a AMD Radeon HD 7950 3072 MB. So looks like those of us with aftermarket cards are the ones with the issues.

Definitely new with the beta 2. Both Mail and Messages crash on a MacPro5,1 with AMD Radeon HD 7*** 3072 MB graphics (Sapphire Mac Edition).

Exactly the same configuration and both Mail and Messages crashing too.

I need to add FaceTime to the list of Apps crashing from the same cause on the same hardware.

So, one can only assume this is on their 'radar' 😉

Here's the same problem with the same configuration.

The problem is solved with beta 3 ✅ (build 16A254g) 🙂

Still having problems opening mail in beta 5 now. Macbook Pro Mid 2012. No other problems. Just can't open mail. It seems open even on the upper control bar but no mail nor screen. UGGG!

Any suggestions?
