The mail app is generating a new draft everytime you make a correction to the text of the message.
It will send the last version but you will have multiple drafts in the draft folder.
Yes it does! And the solution I saw on the Internet, involving unchecking a save draft button, doesn't seem to be in Mail's Accounts/Mailbox behavior to turn it off!
I'm wondering why anyone would want this feature, much less have it turned on by default.
In your bug report, include the address of the server and so on. You may be given advice on how to enable logging of communications with that server.
