Having a brain cramp.

I downloaded the os 10 beta 1 and want to test it on my iPod Touch 6th edition. What do I do in iTunes in order to install it?

See the "Installation Guides and Acknowledgements" section at the bottom of the download page. Note the statement that if you are going to install from iTunes, you need to have Xcode 8 Beta installed (and maybe run it once to make sure installation completes).

The "RUN ONCE" is key... just adding the icon won't help the installation process.
