iPad Mini Storage Issue

Have an iPad Mini with a storage issue. After a full reset shows 11 of 16 GB free. After a day or so of idle time get a storage almost full message. Details on storage used shows only a GB or so of actual items. Multiple resets show same result.


Space is going somewhere, but no clue. Any ideas?
