In iOS 9.1 beta, where are the Developer options in Settings?

In iOS 9.1 beta, where are the Developer options in Settings? I'd like to do some automation tests -- do I still have to enable UI Automation on each device or only in Xcode?

You need to switch off the iDevice, then connect it to the Mac running Xcode before swiching it back on to have Developer options appear.
