I had the exact same problem yesterday with my MacBookPro 15'' late 2013 when I installed the GM of El Capitan.

I had to reformat the partition and reinstall Yosemite.

Now I'll wait until the problem gets solved...

It may be possible to diagnose the issue before going to those lengths. Can you boot into Safe Mode or Recovery Mode?

If I boot into Safe Mode (holding Shift key when the Mac turns on) nothing changes, it happens the same as before.

Which is Recovery Mode? If you mean holding Alt when the Mac turns on, i can choose between: Macintosh HD, BOOTCAMP and Recovery. And it works fine: I can use Utility Disk and all the other options. But it doesn't help that much.

You can boot into Recovery Mode by holding cmd+R from startup until you see the progress bar.

Actually it can be very helpful. There's a good chance that the issue you have is that a 3rd party kernel extension (kext) is causing the kernel to crash, preventing the Mac from being able to boot.

Okay, so you have a lot of USB storage/Dongle related kernel extensions there. For now we can move them all to a folders called Unsupported with the following (one long) command:

cd /Volumes/Macintosh\ HD/System/Library/Extensions ; mkdir Unsupported ; find . -ctime +8w -maxdepth 2 -type d -exec dirname {} \; | xargs -I '{}' mv {} ./Unsupported ; cd /Volumes/Macintosh\ HD/Library/Extensions ; mkdir Unsupported ; find . -ctime +8w -maxdepth 2 -type d -exec dirname {} \; | xargs -I '{}' mv {} ./Unsupported ; reboot

It will reboot automatically, and hopefully normally...

No, nothing changed. I don't know if I did it correctly or not, i just copied the command you wrote me and pressed Enter. Then the terminal said many times in a row a sentence like "..... not found" and after about 3 minutes of waiting it rebooted. 😟 But unfortunately it didn't restart normally: as always it took ages to reach the end of the loading bar and then nothing.
