How do you move an app from app store distribution to ABM distribution?

We have an app in general distribution in the app store. We are submitting a new build and wish to change to ABM. We understand the ABM process, have used it before. This is a new situation for us. The availability toggle will not let us select the ABM distribution option. Help?

Sorry for the delayed reply here. There is no way to migrate an app from the public App Store to Custom Apps once it has been submitted for review, so the solution here is to create a new App ID and toggle the custom app distribution option.
