Particular problem

Hi,


I have 2 apple developer account :


The first one :

- A normal developer account expired since october 2019, with on it an iOS app unlisted (since it's expired) with a SPECIFIC_NAME


The second one :

- A company developer account created 1 week ago, where I'd like to create a new App with the SPECIFIC_NAME



Since It's not possible to update an app (to change the name) on an account with an expired membership.

How should I do to get the name of my app on my 2nd account ?
Am I forced to renew the membership and pay 99$ even If I don't use anymore this account ? Anyone has one day met this problem ?

Other than pay to renew you could:....1) file a trademark complaint against your expired account ..Or .....2) use the name SPECIFIC_NAME+.

You'd still need to renew the expired account, but you could then perhaps do an app transfer between the two accounts - see App Transfer Overview, rather than go thru pushing an update just to free the name up.
