I've upgraded my mac devices to latest version (macOS 10.15.1 Catalina). It seems that server search function is not available anymore. When connected to a mac SMB share, it just shows "Indexing disabled". And, searching process is much slower than before. What's the problem?
P.S. Both client and server are running macOS 10.15.1, and everything runs well when I was in 10.14 Mojave.
The "Indexing disabled" hint displays when typing "mdutil -s /Volumes/*" in Terminal. It was showing "server search enabled" on Mojave.
