Launch an app in Iraq

Hello.



I want to launch an app in Iraq.



However, it is not on the App Store region list.



Is there any way we can launch it in Iraq?



Is it common to include in other regions?

Do you already have an iTunes account? What is your home store? With no App Store in your country, perhaps the nearest geographical locations with stores are either Kuwait or Jordan. Using a listed country assumes you can purchase a Developer Program account ,and have an existing iTunes Home store.
