Application user is not able to see Updates on App store since long

Hello,


We rolled out a new version for our banking application, which includes new features and critical fixes. We want our every customer should get this update as it contains the critical fixes.


We already started restricting a query to our server from older versions due to some security reasons, hence our customers have to force update their application to use application further. Many customers reported that they are not able to use our old application, and cannot find a new version on App Store which we rolled out a few weeks back.


Can anyone help us to understand, why this is happening, how we can overcome this situation?
