In iOS12.3 beta3 and later beta versions, when I click on an itunes or appstore link (e.g. itunes.apple.com), the screen transitions to itunes or said appstore app immediately, without any alert or dialog box.
Alert dialogs were shown up to iOS12.2 and I found nothing about this change in iOS or safari release notes.
Is this a bug or in accordance with specification in iOS12.3?
