No Option to Update my iDevices from iTunes with .ipsw-File?

Hi, before the Update to 10.14.4 DP1, i could update my iDevices from iTunes with press the Update Button and hold the alt-Key.

But this isnt working now (iTunes 12.9.4..).

Does You see this too? Is it a Bug, or working as expected?

Only Option is to use the Apple Configurator (Beta?) to Update my iDevices with ipsw-File.

i m interested into, this is on your Mac too?
