"Can I choose my own prices on a non-renewable renewal using Swift?"

There is no such thing as a "non-renewal renewal".

You can have multiple IAP non-renewing subscription 'products' each with its own price and duration.

You can program that using ObjectiveC or Swift.

You can chose which of those products to display to the user and what duration to offer for each product.
