Why would they not make it available ? It’s a bit weird. If you actually have the beta profile already installed it will come ota. But otherwise no luck.

This is true its not available the profile to download.

But you can go to https://beta.apple.com and download the beta profile.

It works for me.

or use the direct link - works if logged in on the Mac (but not on the iPhone)
