I’m on iOS 12.1.2 and there are no entries to enable robin call blockers in the phone app. Now it just lists blocked numbers. RoboKiller stayed an extension wasn’t enabled and there is no longer any checkbox to do so. I do hope this is a bug and not a permanent change. I for one, need those apps.

The callkit extension isn’t loading. Yes, it’s time to report this in bug reporter.
The workaround is to uninstall and reinstall the app in question. That re-enables the extension.
RoboKiller is definitely not working on the current version of iOS. I'm not on the beta and it's broken. Reinstalling the app didn't do the trick for me. Something is definitely wrong.
