when i DISTRIBUTE IN-HOUSE APPS FROM A WEB SERVER , i set
display-image: A 57-by-57-pixel PNG image that’s displayed during download and installation. Specify the image’s fully qualified URL
but it not work on ios 12,it display a system default image when download and installation, it worked ok in ios 10.
