Hi all,
I have submitted my critical alert entitlement request (https://developer.apple.com/contact/request/notifications-critical-alerts-entitlement/) 3 weeks ago and didn't hear back. It was recommended by Apple support and forum members to resubmit. I did so 2 times already and still no answer besides standard autoreply with the acknowledgment that my application was received.
I don't want to spam Apple with my critical alert entitlement request.
Does anyone know the approximate time it takes Apple to review my application?
Maybe my request has to contain account credential for testing?
