Error adding VPP ID

Same problem here.

The apple-ID that causes the "invalid user type" error works perfect with our last b2b app we made for this customer.

Trying to add the apple-ID to the new app causes the error

Any sollution ? Even im stuck here

Also having the same problem. Using same Apple ID for the customer worked on previous two apps but not on the latest one. What is a problem?

Same issue here. Also having a problem adding via the DEP ID. Gives a "The organization name does not match the DEP Customer ID (DEP ID)." error.

is the apple id created with mixed case?

Did you try the exact case?

I had a similar problem. The problem turned out to be that there was an agreement update which the admin account for the Apple Business Manager had to accept. Things continued to work as before after that.
