Messages cannot open on Mojave, including current build 18A389.
Messages has to be Quit and opened again.
Attempting to Disable Messages in iCloud by selecting Disable This Device results in a loop and Messages in iCloud cannot be disabled without signing out of iMessage entirely.
Steps attempted:
- Restarted Mac
Unsuccessful
- Deleted relevant .plist files
- Restarted Mac
Unsuccessful
- Started in Safe Mode
Unsuccessful
- Erased Macintosh HD
- Reinstalled macOS Mojave
Unsuccessful
I have been totally unsuccessful at resolving this issue.
