I accidentally made my app the wrong the resolution

Hey guys, I've been working on a game in Unity for iOS. After over a month it's now 100% complete. But now I've noticed I've accidentally made it on a 320x480 resolution, and that won't work properly with all of the other iPhones. Is there any quick fix to this? Or do I have to do everything all over again?
