We have removed our the app 1.2.3 from sale. we need to provide some info for only existing customer like "This app is no longer avilable app store because we are planning to release new app another 2 months"
In this case if we create and released 1.2.4 version with above message the old customer who has already keeping 1.2.3 still receive update?
And what about the new user ?
Creating a 1.2.4 update won't do anything unless the app is still available for sale. The existing users won't be able to get the update.
If you place version 1.2.4 as available for sale on the App Store then current customers will receive this updated app. New customers can also decide to buy this app - but if you place that warning as the first line of the discription of the app there won't be a lot of new customers.
