My team account has reached limitations, What can we do for building an app more than limitations in this month? I can’t find any information about it.

I use the storyboard with UICollectionViewCell. How can I set inoutView on SwiftUI TextView?

I bought an iPad Pro 11inch. It's a 256 GB with wifi model.The first day, I've enjoyed coding on the playground, but after I try to open playground templates, It is always crash.I can't open any templates.My iPad version is 12.4.1, and available spaces are over 25gb.Does anyone know about this problem?Please help me Apple staff.
