I can't run app into my iPhone

is XCode 11 avaliable in the Mac App Store yet?

Today I just updated my iPhone to iOS 13 then I can't run the app in my iPhone.I read the XCode 11 release notes it's tell me XCode 11 available in Mac App Storehttps://developer.apple.com/documentation/xcode_release_notes/xcode_11_release_notesBut I can't see XCode update yet.
