Promo Code Issues - "Cannot connect to iTunes Store"

We are preparring for release of our new app and have sent promo codes out to reviewers and bloggers. They are all receiving the error "Cannot connect to iTunes Store" when they try to redeem the code. The app is approved and set to Pending Developer Release.Is there an issue with the store, or have promo codes changed since we used them last?

Transporter asking for app-specific password and not working

I was using Transporter just yesterday and it was working fine to upload some test builds. Now today it said I needed to use an app-specific password... okay sure. I generate one, and try to login with that and no luck. It won't login at all. Also tried using the command line delivery tool, and it won't authenticate with either my normal or app-specific password. Any ideas?
