I am very new to the in-app purchase feature. Our app has an associated desktop platform. When a user signs up through the app store...an associated desktop platform is created. If the user cancels or payment fails how do I know which account is terminated so I can delete their desktop platform?

Hi,I've introduced a 2 weeks FREE trail in Promotional Offer tab in my application. When i subscribed for a monthly plan , i was not offered the 14 days free trial, instead of it the amount was charged immediately. Moreover, when i looked into my subscriptions the subscription was ending after 30 days. PS: I subscribed to the plan on 27 June 2019.I want to avail the 14 days trial period, Is it the Promotional Offer which gives the user a free trial? or it is offered when Intrductory Price is introduced?
