I've introduced a 2 weeks FREE trail in Promotional Offer tab in my application. When i subscribed for a monthly plan , i was not offered the 14 days free trial, instead of it the amount was charged immediately. Moreover, when i looked into my subscriptions the subscription was ending after 30 days.
PS: I subscribed to the plan on 27 June 2019.
I want to avail the 14 days trial period, Is it the Promotional Offer which gives the user a free trial? or it is offered when Intrductory Price is introduced?
