Hi, we are an educational app and we want to add a money-back guarantee based on completion of the app + some physical evidence within a time period.We have competitors with this kind of guarantee on the web, but none of them have the guarantee in their respective apps. Why is this?I can only think of two alternatives;1. They don’t want to pay the 30% commission fee and also risk a double refund2. Apple does not allow these types of guaranteesIf the answer is “1.” We believe that it’s worth the 30%. But we don’t want to add something that may conflict with Apple’s guidelines.Is there any way to get in contact with Apple staff and get their approval? Have any of you had a similar experience or know the answer?Thanks!

Hi,Roughly 60% of our non canceled subscriptions enter billing retry and 40% gets converted to standard price. I'm curious to hear how this figure looks for other developers :-)All the best,T
