Hi support staff members! I've recently bought Macbook Pro 2017 3.5 GHz Intel Core i7.
I was at the conference and wanted to connect an external display to mac via adapter thunderbolt. But the external display doesn't appear. I've already tried all the instruction from the internet. Reset NVRAM and etc., but all actions didn't help. Please help with this problem. Thank you in advance.

First of all, we are not "support staff members". We are simply your peers, many of us developers, testing Catalina in the wild.
I cannot help with your issue, and I hope someone else here can. This is a case that illustrates that beta software, particularly a beta OS, should not be run on a mission-critical machine. But my main point, again, is to emphasize that you are NOT in contact with Apple Support by posting here. They will want to know exactly which version of the beta you're running, etc. Good luck :-)
