Re: Restrict compatibility post-release
KMT Sep 21, 2018 8:10 AM (in response to galal_mounir)Ouch - it is normal to be prohibited from taking features away from existing users when pushing updates, so that flag is what's behind that rejection.
I don't see an easy way to resolve it, tho. You might want to file an appeal and throw yourself on the mercy of the court to see if they can help.
Good luck.

galal_mounir Sep 21, 2018 10:51 AM (in response to KMT)Do you know where I can file an appeal to the App Store?

Re: Restrict compatibility post-release
KMT Sep 21, 2018 11:35 AM (in response to galal_mounir)Should be a link in the rejection email, which is preferred, I think, in order to maintain a paper trail.
Otherwise, see: https://developer.apple.com/contact/app-store/?topic=appeal
And just to be clear, I'm suggesting you ask them to help with your example, not that you should reject their rejection.

galal_mounir Sep 22, 2018 6:15 PM (in response to KMT)They just replied saying that the only way to fix this is to delete our game from the App Store and create a new App record. This is ridiculous really.
