I can't access my TestFlight panel in my iTunes Connect

Hello,


I am unable to access Testflight (to view, add, manage testers) for Testflight on my app although I have an App Manager role. This functionality was working a day ago but now I can only see Ratings & Reviews for my app. I was using iTunes connect on multiple devices earlier today.


Any help would be appreciated.

I am having the same issue, starting today.. when clicking on the app it takes me to the reviews for the app and no way to navigate to TestFlight..


If I maunally change the url from:


https://itunesconnect.apple.com/WebObjects/iTunesConnect.woa/ra/ng/app/{APP_ID_GOES_HERE}/ios/ratingsResponses


To: (NOTE: No trailing slash should be added to this url, if a trailing slash is added it will simpley redirect to the itunes connect homepage)


https://itunesconnect.apple.com/WebObjects/iTunesConnect.woa/ra/ng/app/{APP_ID_GOES_HERE}


I am able to view TestFlight and continue as normal. This appears to be a UI navigational error and not a user permissions issue.

I can't believe it is still a thing two years later. Workaround with manual url change still fixes the problem.

Only now it is appstoreconnect.com, so url will look like:

Before: https://appstoreconnect.apple.com/apps/APP_ID_GOES_HERE/appstore/activity/ios/ratingsResponses
After: https://appstoreconnect.apple.com/apps/APP_ID_GOES_HERE
