is there an audit log in developer.apple.com?

HI,

May I ask if there is an audit log or anything like that?

I wish to know if someone create/delete/modify a cert, id, keys or anything on developer.apple.com/.

Certain actions will trigger a completion notice via email, but there is no tool to audit account activity per team member that I'm aware of.
