your changes coudn't be saved try again

Hi


I am trying to add new version of existing iOS app. When I hit Create button in New Version entry popup, it says "Your changes couldn't be saved. Try again. If the problem persists, contact us."


I tried few different browsers, other mac/ PCs but same issue.


Does anybody know how to fix this?

I've been facing this issue for over 2 months now. No fix, tried contacting support but no response.
