Not sure if anyone else has experienced this but attemping to roll back from iOS 11 beta 2 on an iPhone 7 to iOS 10.2/10.33 on final boot after restore, causes the device gets stuck in recovery mode.
Have tried to roll back to iOS 10.3.2 or iOS 10.3.3 and same issue.
This was working with iOS 11 beta 1 and all previous beta's.
Anyone else seen this?
Update - I have managed to roll back from iOS 11 beta 2 to iOS 10.2/10.33.
I SUGGEST NOT INSTALLED IOS BETA 2 IF YOU PLAN ON ROLLING BACK!
My order of attempts was as follows (you need the IPSW's for each build) -
iOS 11 beta 2 to
iOS 11 beta 1 = Success then to
iOS 10.3.3 14G5047a = Success. Restored apps and seems to be working OK.
This is on an iPhone 7 256 GB.
I was able to go back to 10.3.2 from iOS 11 Beta 1.

I was able to back to iOS 10.3.3 beta 4 directly from iOS 11 beta 2 via DFU mode. Just make sure you download the .ipsw file from the developer center first and choose restore instead of update. I’m on a the stable channel now and using an iPhone SE for testing purposes. Good luck!
I tried to restore my iPhone 6s 128G from iOS 11 Beta 2 to iOS 10.3.3 In iTunes but failed, then use a reiboot to restore it to iOS 10.3.3 (14G5053a).
They said if you really want to roll back to iOS 10.3.2, you can restore it from iOS 10.3.3 to 10.3.2 with this tool.

If you want to roll back from iOS 11 to stable iOS 10.3.2 then install 10.3.3 via DFU mode at first. If 10.3.3 is installed and the welcome screen appears, reboot into DFU again and install 10.3.2.
That worked for me.

Im having the exact same issue with an iphone 6s. Another forum user suggested to downgrade to ios 11 beta 1 first then to ios 10 but itunes is rejecting the the ispw due to it being incompatible. The file name is called iPhone_5.5_11.0_15A5304i_Restore and another is iPhone_5.5_11.0_15A5278f_Restore
Edit: With the help of varios Users and there helpfulness (noufuidea for providing the official apple link to 10.3.3 beta) The issue was resolved by restoring the 10.3.3 beta, wait for it to properly install then go staight into DFU to restore or Update to 10.3.2.
