Hello. I bought a new Iphone 16, 2 days ago in my store, but when I checked it at home, it turned out that it was installed using the Telia Sweden ( Remote Management System ).
Can someone help me remove this Telia RMS system from my smartphone so that it is not configured for Telia during setup? Since their configurator blocks my smartphone, with a note - Lost Iphone. The device has been blocked by Telia.

Is it possible you could have bought a stolen phone? Or perhaps your serial number was transposed somewhere? Perhaps if you post your serial number someone at Apple can look it up.
Or maybe just contact AppleCare with your proof of purchase.
Take it back to the store and say they sold you an iPhone that is blocked by this Telia software thing. Demand a brand new replacement, and open it there and then in the store in front of one of their staff. If you have a separate phone (or camera, which you seem to have), record the unboxing.
Or, you could do as it says, and contact Telia Customer Service, demanding they remove it, but I wouldn't be 100% satisfied with that solution at all.
