Cancel my developer subscription

Hello, I would like to cancel my Apple Developer subscription but I don't see any option on the developer dashboard to cancel it. I tried getting in touch with the support on call but they left me on hold for over 15 minutes and nothing post that.

What's the way to cancel my subscription? I do not want to be charged for a renewal.

Login to Apple Developer at developer.apple.com.
Click "Account" at the top.
Click the "Membership details" card.
There's a very obvious switch called "Auto-renew". Toggle it off. Done.

I already see a charge on my credit card so, toggling that off won't help. What's the way to get that reversed? My card was also charged 5 days earlier than the renewal date. Is that allowed?
