Updated to iOS 18.1.1 ‘share’ button is not working across various apps. For example, if I receive a pdf on WhatsApp, and I intend to share it to my Google Drive, nothing happens when I hit the button. Anyone else encountering the same problem? And how do I fix it? It’s been like this for a couple of days now and it’s really frustrating.
Yeah, here same issue since updating this morning. Whatsapp give no response to cut ,paste or share. i expect quick bugfix for this greetzz Netherlands,Roermond

Yes! Same issue, sharing feature has major bugs Around the system since 18.1.1.
on safari it get hung, pdf/doc sharing from mail to WhatsApp just disappeared, sharing from one drive same as safari, hung in some kind of out of center, like it’s waiting for the share window to open but it doesn’t, at least it’s not visible.

Same issue. The suggesting apps are limited and there's no way to add the desired apps to the share list.
Very limited options to share , unable to share using WhatsApp, Facebook, and others
I have the same share button issue on various apps as well. e.g. Photos app . Already reinstalled the firmware via iTunes but did not fix the issue. In addition to that, freezing issues, battery temperature increased and battery life decreased despite 100% battery health status. I believe these are related with ios 18.1.1 as I started to experience those right after the ios update.

Same issue here with ios 18.2 : still my app does not open after some content shared to it....
It is visible in the share to menu -> more apps but does not open
