Unencrypted IPA for pentesting

Hello! We just got a pentest for our app but the pentest team is requesting an unencrypted and signed version of the app, I'm not sure how can this be done, we provided the app from Testflight but they say it's encrypted as well. Any suggestions?

if they can’t tell you how to generate it, they are not worth doing business with.
