This is only occurring on M4's. I am unable to determine the cause.

Yes some M4 user know this issue. Mini and MacBook Pro impacted. You can find a reddit thread "MacBook Pro M4 Reboot" Caused essentially by metal 3d game (from App Store or Steam).
So, just to be clear, this is an app that you’re developing?
