I'm encountering an issue while trying to enroll in the Apple Developer Program using the mobile app. Every time I attempt to proceed, I receive the following error message: "There may be an issue with your account that needs to be resolved before you can continue."

I have verified my account information and followed all the necessary steps. I sent an email to Apple, but I haven’t received a response for several days.

I’d be grateful for any help if anyone else has experienced this issue.

I would contact Developer Programs to see if there is a configuration issue.

I am having this same issue. I spoke for hours on the phone with developer support and I was told that:

  1. I've been denied enrollment into the program.
  2. The decision to deny my enrollment was final.
  3. I'm not entitled to know why I was denied.
  4. There was absolutely no way to escalate my inquiry further within that department or any other department at the company.
  5. While the senior advisor was the one with the final say, she herself does not physically have access to the reason for my rejection.

Desperately looking for answers. None of this makes sense to me, and I have absolutely no clue why this is happening.
