Should I try to submit the application again with the same information or can I wait a little longer? I would appreciate it if you could give me a little information about the same application or even another authority, such as the time it took to reply to that application.

Unfortunately, entitlement approval time isn't predictable as it varies based on the details of the entitlement and who's required to approve, as well as other factors. I did check with the approver who manages this particular entitlement and there was an issue that delayed some approvals, however, that issue should now be sorted out.
Should I try to submit the application again with the same information or can I wait a little longer?
In general, multiple submissions are unhelpful. In this particular case, I suspect you'll have received your answer already, but if you haven't received one in the next 24 hours, then you may want to resubmit.
