Nap Detection - Apple Health

Does watchOS 11 detect naps? Are these recorded as 'asleep' samples in Apple Health?

I don't think there is any new API specifically for nap tracking on watchOS 11.

You can use HealthKit to fetch sleep data and do your owns sleep analysis, as described in the reference of HKCategoryValueSleepAnalysis.

The system only tracks sleep periods that are one hour or more, so you won't get any sleep analysis sample for a nap less than one hour.
