App Store App Push Notification Delivery Issue

We are experiencing issues with Push Notification delivery for our Lulu Money application (com.lulu.luluone) using Apple ID 1163514668.

Upon reviewing the Push Notifications console, we have found that out of the 7.294M Priority Notifications sent in the last 4 weeks, only 1.226M were delivered to the device. The majority of the undelivered notifications, totalling 5.479M, are categorized as "Stored - Device Offline."

This issue is negatively impacting our customers, and we need assistance in resolving it to ensure smooth notification delivery.

Looking at our logs here, we see that in the last 7 days, your push notifications failing because the devices were offline, is indeed more than typically expected.

This kind of problem usually is seen because your token database contains old and no longer used tokens, either because the users may have reset the device, or moved on to a new device leaving the old phone in a drawer, etc., and the token is no longer associated with a real device that is currently in use and online.

Are you using any methods to mitigate the issue of the users no longer using the app, or somehow the token has changed, either due to a device event, or a new device, etc.?
