Is there any official way to download IPSW files for older versions of macOS like macOS 13 for use with a VM app like Parallels or UTM?

There is no official repository for old IPSWs. The API returns the most recent IPSW compatible with the version of macOS installed.

Can you please file a ticket on Feedback Assistant requesting this feature? Understanding the use cases can be useful for the teams to design new features.
