Apple, you have to recognize your issues with payment authorization on Apple Developer. I've used 4 different Debit and Credit Cards w/ Visa, Mastercard, American Express) Debit and Credit and I cannot pass from this message:
Tu autorización de pago falló con la tarjeta •••8295. Verifica tu información e inténtalo de nuevo o intenta con otro método de pago.
I've even created 3 different Icloud Accounts, added my form of payment directly and just can't get through.
Any other recommendation please?
